Built into the old slate walls of a typical village farmhouse, with windows lined with red bricks, Le Clos Nestor defies the codes of aesthetics, and to the past of the place, brings a layout and volumes resolutely modern.

Floor

  • On the floor, from the parking lot to the garden, accessibility for people with reduced mobility is guaranteed.
  • You will find a room to store bicycles, hiking boots, strollers, skis...
    A large living room with a wood fire and a billiard room, as well as a large equipped kitchen welcomes you.
    The exceptional view on the surrounding countryside, the woods and the valleys will delight you. It is not unusual to see game from the terrace.
  • In addition to a bedroom and its bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility, other facilities to note on the ground floor are : A spacious terrace, a swimming pool with a launching device, a sauna and a hammam.

first floor

  • The first floor is dedicated to the bedrooms. There are eight bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, two of which have a bath for the children's toilet and one that could be called a "master suite". They all have a balcony.
  • You will also find a laundry room.

And under the ground…

  • In the cellars of Le Clos Nestor is hidden a superb cinema room, which can accommodate 18 spectators. Equipped with a 7.1 Dolby Atmos sound system, a giant screen, and comfortable cinema seats, we guarantee you great moments of escape in this place dedicated to the 7th art.
